John explains “Prior to installing simPRO we were quite well organised with about 99% of our procedures. However it was a manual system using Excel, Quickbooks and lots of folders and it was slow. We were losing files and finding the right information could sometimes take one or two days! We were losing unbilled hours, scheduling was an issue – it was just too hard”

“We are able to service our customers much better now -the admin team love the fact that they can easily grab any client information within about ten seconds – that’s pretty unbelievable service really! It’s a brilliant alternative to going through the archive boxes.”

Observations

“As simPRO is browser based, the ability to login from anywhere has been brilliant! I had to unexpectedly log in remotely recently and I was able to see all of my information and get some important work done without being anywhere near the office” John smiles.

“In terms of a return on our investment I’d say that the improvement on our invoices alone would have well and truly covered our costs with the first year.”
