Business Impact

The benefits of implementing simPRO into Apogee Services have been significant and numerous. Troy Rolley, MD, felt that the biggest benefit of simPRO was the ability to “free up” administration staff for other duties. His administration staff were full time on 40 hours per week, now they are able to do electrical jobs as well. The administration jobs are now down to about 25 hours, allowing approximately 15 extra chargeable hours per week.

The way simPRO has enabled Apogee Services to reduce this admin time is through streamlining business practices. Current & Future Plans

Apogee Services plan to continue growing and keep abreast with the electrical industry in Queensland. They are about to undertake Air Conditioning as part of the services that they provide. They are able to keep expanding as simPRO has given them the means to track staff efficiency and the ability to schedule staff quickly which means more jobs through the system, which in turn is more money in the bank.

Mr. Rolley believes that simPRO has been a sound investment that has allowed them to maintain utmost professionalism and give their clients the consistent outcomes that they expect.
