A digital pen and paper solution from simPRO based on Anoto technology
Just like a regular pen and paper, our Digital Pen solution enormously reduces data entry.
Used as a standalone system or in conjunction with simPRO Enterprise or simPRO Streamline, the Pen enables staff to capture handwritten forms in the field such as service reports and job cards.
The data can then be sent directly back to the office in an instant.
It’s a rapid return on investment
This seamless integration of service reports and job cards removes the need to enter data using your keyboard, allowing the job to be completed and invoiced immediately. The job is then updated instantly in simPRO. Both the usage of parts and the schedule is all updated in real time.
“On one job we were completing the job card with our new Digital Pen. Once our customer knew we were using the Pens within our business they asked us to do more work as they recognised the complete control of paperwork that the pen provides”
David Dee, Meklek
Cost Effective
As a Digital Pen customer you simply purchase as many pens as you need, as many forms as you need then pay by the month.
Integration
Of course the Digital Pen can be used as an Add-On for simPRO clients but, even non simPRO clients can utilise the pen as a standalone system. Non simPRO clients may simply want to get their service reports returned to the office quickly in which case the pen will email the paperwork to a designated email address as a PDF.
Any form can be customised
Here are just a few examples of forms used however there is no limit to the types of forms that can be used with the Digital Pen.
Some other examples of forms: Timesheet forms, Job sheets, OHS / JSA’s, Asset Test Sheets, Survey results, Quotes & Invoices, Delivery Dockets & more…
“We now have over 40 staff in the field and only one person in the office to manage their time sheets, job cards and schedule thanks to the digital pens”
Peter Leo – Welsh and Leo
“The Digital Pen solution is fantastic and easy to implement. Everyone can write with a pen of course, which means the technicians can readily adapt to the new technology. There was nothing complicated to learn, and our techs have been happy to take the new system on board. After they write up their forms all they need to remember is to click Send”
