There are two Customer Management Portals (CMP). A basic edition which comes standard with every simPRO enterprise build and an advanced CMP that is aimed at a higher level of reporting and interaction with your customers.

The Advanced CMP has all the features of the basic CMP and has an additional suite of reporting options for asset testing and tracking including compliance reporting, asset life cycle analysis, budgetary forecasting, PPM reports, defect reports etc… The Advanced CMP also allows you to control your contracts and work method statements with your customers as well as offering multi-user differing levels of access that your customer can control and distribute to their own internal staff.

The simPRO CMP allows you to keep your customers in the loop with live updates on the services you are performing for them, ultimately helping you to provide better customer service and reduce your administrative overhead by helping your customers to help themselves.


Call Centre

The call center module has been designed from the ground up to be a point of entry for high volume basic jobs. On a single page you can create quotes or jobs and schedule them in with ease.

Design your own workflow and questionaires that operators can go through and have the outcomes automatically generate quotes and jobs based on your specific requirements.

The call centre also handles inbound and outbound call campaigns to help business generate more work and chargeable jobs, or simply generate a customer satisfaction survey, even track call outcomes and resolutions with advanced management reporting.
